Fresh back from a day god-son-sitting...his new favorite word (aside from "mine!") is "Whoah!" always said with great enthusiasm and an air of breathless awe.
So, as he might say: Whoah! I have no memory of writing that post about Jet-lag. I think that says all there is to say about jet-lag.
Oy.
